Chef Ryan Josef-Maier has been a steady hand at the helm of Hearth & Table since Spring 2018. As Chef Ryan has accepted a wonderful new full-time position at LCC, we wish him the best and welcome Chef Jamie Goodrich to the team!
She writes,
"I'm Jamie Lee Goodrich, a proud graduate of The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of California, San Francisco, where I earned my culinary stripes in 2015. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of delving into the world of gastronomy, mastering the art of flavors and techniques that transform simple ingredients into culinary delights.
Beyond my passion for cooking, I'm a dedicated mother to my wonderful daughter, Averi, who shares my love for the culinary arts. She's my biggest fan and my most honest critic, and I couldn't be more grateful for her support.
This year marks an exciting new chapter in my journey as I dive headfirst into a fresh culinary adventure. I can hardly contain my excitement as I embark on this journey of discovery, eager to contribute my years of experience and creativity to the culinary landscape.
