Hearth & Table has run on scrappiness this past year, we didn't get a chance to blog our recipes! But we would love to share about some of our meals so you have a chance to see for yourself what we're eating...
Some of our favorites
1) Crispy cauliflower pasta bake, Roasted nuts, Balsamic berry and apple crisp
2) "Hearth Bowls": Greens, herbed rice, beans & roasted vegetables w/ lemon-tahini sauce & pepitas, Fresh fruit, parmesan, and balsamic reduction
3) Garbanzo & chard soup w/ lemon & crispy shallots, Harissa-roasted carrots w/ parsley, Garlic-rubbed bread, Apples & parmesan w/ pomegranate molasses
4) Pav bhaji with tomato chutney, Roasted asparagus & collard greens with spiced walnuts, Mango-coconut smoothie
We very rarely serve animal proteins other than cheese, but asking about vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options is always okay. We try to post the meal plan before the meal, so check out social media or our website to see what we're eating!
